It is suitable for preparation stations, buffets and display trolley, as it is compliant with the EN631-1 Gastronorm regulation.It is made of clear PP, to clearly identify its content, and can resist to temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 70 °C, to be stored in cold room or in the kitchen.It has a smooth and non-stick inner surface to facilitate cleaning, and avoid food waste.</p>
