Order confirmation

Delivery times

Any order placed before 12 PM will be prepared and shipped the same day for in-stock products. Deliveries are generally made within 24/48 hours in the North region and within 48/72 hours in the South region. Our delivery times for Europe are 3 to 5 days .



Shipping Methods

To meet these commitments we work with two carriers, GLS and Heppner, for the delivery of your orders. Depending on the weight and size of your package, it will be automatically assigned to one of these carriers. Our carriers deliver on weekdays from Monday to Friday during your establishment's business hours.

Delivery Rates

Delivery is free for any order over €150 excluding VAT. For an order below this amount, delivery fees start at €9.90 excluding VAT.



Delivery Tracking

To track the status of your order, simply log in to your customer area, click on the "my orders" tab and select the order for which you wish to get information.



Return or Exchange Policy

You have 14 days from receipt of the order to make a return. The product must be in perfect resale condition meaning it must be complete, never used, and not damaged. Any use, even brief or partial, will prevent the return of the item.

If you notice a problem upon receipt, please make a note on the delivery slip so that we can send you the missing or broken items again. Without a written and signed note on the delivery slip, no item can be reshipped for free.
