This drain specifically fitted for PP Gastronorm 1/3 Pan is perfect to store all foodstuff drained of their juice and preserve their freshness and quality.It simply goes at the bottom of the pan. With a resistance to temperatures ranging from -40 °C to +80 °C, it can be store with the pan and lid in a cold room.Made in UE, they are dishwasher safe, but cannot be used in a microwave.

They can be used with the microwave, the hob, bain-marie, steaming tables, fridge, freezer €¦They are specifically designed to resist high temperatures, except direct heat sources (induction plates, plancha €¦).They have ergonomic handles to facilitate transport and are easy to clean with their smooth and nonstick inner surface.Their fitted lids (sold separately) protect the food as well as keeping it at the correct temperature for longer.
