They can be used with the microwave, the hob, bain-marie, steaming tables, fridge, freezer €¦They are specifically designed to resist high temperatures, except direct heat sources (induction plates, plancha €¦).They have ergonomic handles to facilitate transport and are easy to clean with their smooth and nonstick inner surface.Their fitted lids (sold separately) protect the food as well as keeping it at the correct temperature for longer.</p>
