This drain specifically fitted for PP Gastronorm 1/1 Pan is perfect to store all foodstuff drained of their juice and preserve their freshness and quality. It simply goes at the bottom of the pan.With a resistance to temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 80 °C, it can be store with the pan and lid in a cold room.Made in UE, they are dishwasher safe, but cannot be used in a microwave.
