If you wish to place an order but do not have a Novéo customer account, you must create your account. To do this, go to the Login page, click on “Create an account” and fill in the required information. Please note that only one e-mail address can be associated with a SIRET number.
If an account already exists with the e-mail address or SIRET number, you will be alerted before finalizing the creation of your account.

When creating your customer account, please enter the name of your establishment by ticking it in the list of restaurants working with Novéo. The information required to create your account will then be displayed.
Once the account creation request has been sent, we'll get back to you to finalize your registration and send you your login details for our website.
Be sure to tick the box if the restaurant is already open or if it's a new opening, and let us know when it will be.

To create a customer account, simply enter your personal details, delivery and billing addresses, additional information and payment method. Once this information is complete, your account will be created.
To log in to your customer area and access your rates, click on the login icon at the top right of the page, then on the « log in » tab. Then enter your login and password to access your customer account.
If you have forgotten your password, click on « Forgotten password » on the log in page. After entering your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail inviting you to create a new password.

You can modify your addresses by going to « my account » and « my adresses ».
Once you have logged in to your account, you can find all the products of your order guide in several ways:
- In the different categories of the website page.
- By directly typing the items you're looking for into the search bar.
- By going to your customer account and clicking on « order guide ». You'll get a detailed list of all the products available for your restaurant. From this list, you can directly adjust the quantities you require for each product.

To obtain a quotation, simply add the product(s) you're interested in to your shopping cart, then click on « order ». Once you're on your basket page, you can download a quotation before confirming your order by filling in the small form below your items.
You can also choose to be contacted by our sales department if you need further indormation.
You will find all your quotes in the « my quotations » tab in your customer account.
To place an order, you must first log in to your customer account in order to access the products in your order guide. If you don't have a customer account, simply create one (see « How do I create a customer account? »).
If you do not want to place your order on our website, you can contact us by telephone from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm on +33 (0)2 49 49 07 72, to place your order with one of our customer advisers.
You have several options for paying for your order:
- Cash payment directly by card when validating your basket. Online payments on our website are made via the secure Mercanet online payment service provided by Banque BNP Paribas.
- If you are a customer of a restaurant chain working with us, specific payment terms were agreed when your account was created. Payment must be sent to us once the goods have been received. You will then be reminded of your terms and conditions on your invoice, along with the agreed payment terms.

Your promo code allows you to benefit from a discount on your order.
Once you've finalized your shopping basket, simply click on « Got a promo code? » , which is located under the total amount of your order, in the box to the right of your items. Then enter your code in the appropriate box and click on « add » to apply the discount.
You can find your current discounts on your customer page in the « vouchers » tab.
Delivery is free for orders over 150 € excluding VAT.
For orders below this amount, delivery costs start at 9,90 € excluding VAT.
All your invoices, since the creation of your account, are available from the « order history and details » tab in your customer area.
As soon as you have validated your order on our website, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order.

If you wish to order an item that is currently being restocked, you can click on « notify me when this product becomes available again ». You will then receive an alert as soon as the product is back in stock.
You can find all your alerts in your customer area.
You can reorder products from your previous orders via your customer area. To do so, simply log in to your customer area, then go to the « order history and details » tab. From this page, you can directly reorder any order you've already placed by clicking on the « reorder » icon.

You can find your orders in the « order history and details » tab in your customer area. From this tab you can view the status of your orders and track their progress.
In France, our delivery times are generally 24 to 48 hours for the North region and 48 to 72 hours for the South region.
For the rest of Europe our delivery times are 3 to 5 days.
To find all the orders you have placed since creating your account, log in to your customer area and go to « order history and details ». In this tab, you'll find all your past and current orders.
If you have constraints on times, dates, delivery location or the person who will receive the order, there are various options available for you. These options can be found on our delivery page.

These constraints must be indicated when you place your order.
If you notice a problem with your product when you receive your order, please notify us by writting a reservation on the delivery note so that we can reship the damaged products.
Without a written and signed reservation on the delivery note, no item can be reshipped free of charge. .

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your items.
The product must be in perfect condition for resale: it must be complete, unused and undamaged.
Even brief or partial use will prevent the item from being taken back.
