Bacs gastronormes
Les bacs gastronorme (GN) sont des bacs aux formats standardisés utilisés dans la restauration pour réchauffer, congeler, cuire, stocker, servir et transporter les denrées alimentaires.
Les bacs sont disponibles dans de multiples matières, formats et profondeurs.
Vous trouverez sur notre site internet des bacs gastro en inox 304, en polypropylène, en tritan et en plastique haute température.
<p>Élément important pour la <strong>bonne conservation</strong> de vos <strong>denrées alimentaires</strong>, cet égouttoir adapté aux bacs GN 1/2 vous permettra de les<strong> maintenir en dehors de leur jus</strong> pour <strong>préserver</strong> leur <strong>fraîcheur</strong>.</p>
<p>Il vous suffit de le placer au fond du bac.</p>
<p>Résistant à des températures de<strong> -40° à +80°C</strong> vous pourrez placer l'égouttoir avec son bac et couvercle en chambre froide.</p>
<p>Vous pourrez le nettoyer au lave-vaisselle.</p>
<p>Non compatible pour un usage au micro-onde.</p>
