Bacs gastronormes

Les bacs gastronorme (GN) sont des bacs aux formats standardisés utilisés dans la restauration pour réchauffer, congeler, cuire, stocker, servir, transporter les denrées alimentaires.

Appliquer cette norme permet de standardiser aussi le matériel destiné à accueillir les bacs gastro tels que les bains marie, les chariots à glissières, les fours, les tables de préparation etc.
